MoSIP application can be conveniently restarted on various platforms. However, in the following context you will learn how to kill and restart MoSIP app on Android and iPhone/iPad.
For Android Platform
After the MoSIP app is opened, click on “Menu” option which lists out “Settings” and “Exit” options. Tap “Exit” option. There you go, MoSIP app is closed. To re-open the app, tap on MoSIP icon on the home screen of your phone.
For iPhone/iPad
In the case of iPhone/iPad, you need to double tap the “Home” button which will list out all the active applications on the phone. Select MoSIP and long press it. Now again select the app to close it. To re-open the app, tap on MoSIP icon on the home screen of your phone.
