How to change password on MoSIP dialer app?

It is important to keep registration details in handy for making good use of MoSIP dialer. These details include Brand Pin, Username and Password. In cases where you might accidentally forget the password, the application doesn’t allow you to use it. In order to use the application, you are required to change or reset the password.
There are two ways in which you can go about performing this function. They are:
  1. Requesting for password change with VoIP service provider
  2. Raising a ticket in the subscriber panel

Request Password Change

If you are frequent user of MoSIP dialer then definitely you will have your chosen set of VoIP service providers. Since, the app doesn’t allow you to reset the password you are required to request password change with your service provider either through a call or a message. In doing so, you are required to share your username with service provider who upon proper verification will reset the password and communicate the same to you.

Raise a Ticket

Sometimes, service providers allow you to use the switch panel that is exclusively created on your account. If you are in the possession of the subscriber login details of the subscriber panel then you can log in and raise a ticket requesting for password change. Then service provider will do the needful.
